Use of Apartment. The Resident agrees that no other person(s) shall occupy the space leased to the Resident hereunder. Maximum occupancy of each rented space within a shared apartment is designated as one (1). The Resident may have occasional guests and is responsible for the conduct of the guests. Please refer to the guest policy in the Residential Code of Conduct: xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/conduct/residential-code-conduct Assigned space is for residential purposes only and may not be used in any manner other than as a personal residence. Activities of business or commercial nature are not permitted on University property. Resident shall not pursue any business in their room/apartment or on the premises. Resident may not inscribe or affix any sign, advertisement, or notice on any part of the inside or outside of the buildings or premises in connection with any business or service.

Use of Apartment. The Licensee shall be entitled to reside in the Apartment subject to the use of the Apartment being used for the agreed purposes and not as a studio, or for commercial purposes.
Use of Apartment. For the Term, HRL grants to the Resident the right to use and occupy the Apartment assigned to the Resident. Resident accepts the Apartment “AS IS” and acknowledges that the Apartment and its appliances and finishes are in good condition and repair, except as otherwise specified on the Apartment Inspection Form, which must be completed at the Move-In Date.
Use of Apartment. Workaway must insist that Your Apartment be occupied and used for residential purposes only. Only those persons who have been assigned to the Apartment by Workaway may occupy the Apartment. Because You will be residing in a Community with other individuals not affiliated with Workaway, Workaway must also insist that You not do or permit anything to be done that will interfere with the rights or comforts of other Apartment residents, other Community occupants or the Community’s staff. Failure to comply with Workaway’s rules or the Community’s rules constitutes a Default of this Sublease. No pets may be kept in or about the Apartment or on the Community premises.

As an inducement to Landlord entering into this Agreement, Tenant represents and certifies that: (i) Tenant is enrolled, or has been accepted for enrollment no later than the current or next semester, at Xxxxx College, or at an educational institution such as a beauty college, dental hygiene institute or similar institution, enrolled in daytime and/or evening classes; (ii) Tenant shall maintain this student status at all times during the rental term; and (iii) Tenant has never been terminated or evicted as a Tenant for violation of a rental agreement or violation of applicable rental or school standards or dismissed from a school for any reason.

Use of Apartment. The Apartment is for living only and shall not be used for carrying on any business or profession, nor in any manner in violation of zoning restrictions.
Use of Apartment. You will use the apartment strictly for residential purposes for yourself and your family. You will not sublease the apartment or let anyone other than those listed below live in the apartment:
Use of Apartment. Resident shall not use the premises for any purpose other than as a private dwelling. Resident further agrees not to use nor permit the premises to be used for any illegal, immoral or improper purposes, not to make or permit any disturbance, noise or annoyance whatsoever detrimental to the comfort and peace of any of the inhabitants of the rental premises or community. Occupancy shall be limited to two residents per one-bedroom apartment and four residents per two-bedroom apartment, or as modified from time to time pursuant to the occupancy standards under the Federal Fair Housing Act. All residents 18 years or older are required to sign the lease. Management reserves the right to charge a twenty-five ($25.00) dollar fee per person for occupancy in excess of one renter per bedroom based upon increased wear and tear on the unit or increased usage of utility services provided. The tenant specifically agrees to: A. Maintain the premises in a clean, sanitary and safe condition. B. Dispose of all rubbish, garbage and other waste in a clean and sanitary manner from the premises to refuse facilities. C. Properly use and operate all appliances, electrical, gas and plumbing fixtures. D. Not place in the premises any furniture, plants or any other things that harbor insects, rodents or other pets. E. Keep out of the premises and building materials, which cause a fire hazard or safety hazard. F. Not destroy, deface, damage, impair, nor remove any part of the building or premises or facilities, equipment or appurtenances thereto. G. Prevent any person in the apartment or building with Resident’s permission from violating any of the foregoing obligations.
