THE RESIDENT AGREES. The Resident agrees to pay all fees specific, to observe all policies and procedures of the Old Dominion University and abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement and other University publications, such as the Student Code of Conduct and the Housing & Residence Life Policies and Procedures Handbook.
THE RESIDENT AGREES. To pay all charges and fees specified; To observe all policies and procedures of New England College and Residential Life and Housing; To abide by the terms of this contract. Failure to fulfill the terms of this contract may lead to termination of this agreement, removal from College owned housing, and a review of the individual’s status as a student at New England College. If the resident displays behaviors that appear to represent a threat to the resident and/or to the community (i.e. suicidal gestures, drug/alcohol overdose, harassing, bullying, or intimidating other students etc.) the College reserves the right to remove said individual until a determination can be made, through a formal assessment or conduct process, that the resident no longer presents a threat. In the event of serious concerns about a resident’s health or safety, the College reserves the right to notify the resident’s parents/legal guardians.

To perform the duties prescribed by the Hospital’s medical staff or department in a competent, efficient, satisfactory, humanistic and courteous manner in strict accordance with the professional and ethical standards of the medical profession. To participate fully in the educational and scholarly activities of the Program and, as authorized by the teaching staff, to assume responsibility for teaching and supervising other residents and students. To adhere to established practices, procedures, and policies of SRHS, the Hospital, the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of its Medical Staff, the Graduate Medical Education Committee, all applicable standards, rulings, regulations and requirements of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, applicable accrediting agencies and any federal, state, or local government agency, third party payer or accrediting body having jurisdiction over or providing reimbursement for the services provided by physicians and any programs and services offered by SRHS and all rules and regulations of other institutions or clinical sites during rotations, and to consider that infractions thereof are full justification for termination of this Agreement with resulting dismissal from the Program. As directed by the Program Director, to serve in all facilities, clinics and activities to which he/she is assigned as part of the Hospital’s teaching program. To consider the compensation and the experience and instructions received as the sole remuneration to which he/she is entitled and in consequence, not to directly accept fees from patients, third parties payors, or to engage in any employment outside this Agreement.   • Registered Office and Resident Agent The Registered Office and Resident Agent of the Company shall be as designated in the initial Articles of Organization/Certificate of Organization or any amendment thereof. The Registered Office and/or Resident Agent may be changed from time to time. Any such change shall be made in accordance with the Statutes, or, if different from the Statutes, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. If the Resident Agent shall ever resign, the Company shall promptly appoint a successor agent.

  • Resident Nurse A registered nurse whose clinical experience after graduation is less than six (6) months, or a registered nurse who is returning to practice with no current clinical training or experience. A resident nurse shall be assigned under the close and direct supervision of a designated preceptor(s) and shall have limited responsibilities as defined by the supervisor. Residency shall not exceed six (6) continuous months unless extended in writing for an additional three (3) months when mutually agreed to by the Employer and individual nurse involved. A resident nurse who is required to function continuously without close and direct supervision and who is assigned the same level of responsibilities as a staff nurse shall be compensated at the staff nurse rate of pay. Nurses working under close and direct supervision shall not be assigned charge duty or as a team leader without a staff nurse being present in the unit, except in cases of emergency.

Millwright Must be capable of performing the tasks of fittings, aligning, lubricating an able to operate all shop tools and machines. Must under direction become proficient in basic welding and pipe fitting as well as dismantling and reassembly of plant equipment. Under direction,will continueto develop skills in trouble shooting all plant equipment and improve his skills at machining part and be exposed to basic principles of hydraulics and pneumatic. He may work alone frequently, but occasionally will require direction and instructions form Millwright I or A. Millwright 11: be capable, without direction of fitting, aligning and lubrication and taking apart and reassembling plant equipment. In addition, is expected to be able to weld, operate shop tools and do pipe fitting as required. Must under direction, become proficient at effective methods of trouble shooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical faults in plant machinery. I: Must be capable without direction of performing all practices under Xxxxxxxxxx Must under directionbecomeproficient at reading and understanding blueprints, all phases of installing new equipment, laying out hydraulic and mechanical drives and meet speed and power requirements correctly. Xxxxxxxxxx "A": Must he capable without direction, of performing all under Xxxxxxxxxx X, and Must take full responsibility for work done by himself or his assistant. Must he in possession of a Millwright Certificate or a Machinist Certificate or Welder Certificate. Millwrightspresently employed in this classification will not be required to have a Certificate.

  • RESIDENT INFORMATION RESIDENT covenants that all application information is given voluntarily and knowingly by RESIDENT, and if such information proves to be false or misleading, MANAGEMENT may terminate this LEASE in accordance with applicable Virginia law; in which event, RESIDENT shall immediately vacate and surrender the PREMISES.
