Use of Community Room. If the Community Room is available on the requested date and the Renter’s use of the Community Room is approved, as indicated below, Renter shall observe, perform and be liable for faithful compliance with the terms of this agreement and will be responsible for all damage to the Community Room, and to any persons or property as a result of or arising out of the use of the Township property by Renter or Renter’s invitees and guests. Liability is not limited to the security deposit.

Use of Community Room. Association hereby grants to User the right to exclusive use of the Community Room, chairs, tables, and restroom facilities and the attached patio outside. You are responsible to ensure your guests do not go over/exit the fenced area of the patio. This agreement does not include the private use of the Beach facilities. If the Emergency Exit Door leading to the Beach is breached for any non- emergency reason during your event, your Security Deposit will not be returned.
Use of Community Room. 5.1 The rental of the Community Room for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. 5.2 Renter shall not allow the Maximum capacity of Community Room to exceed 80 persons. 5.3 Renter shall not permit hazardous substances to be located on Township property, or to be generated, treated, stored, disposed of or otherwise deposited on Township property. 5.4 Renter shall be responsible for any damages that it causes or allows to the Community Room or Township property during the Term of this Agreement. 5.5 Renter shall not permit ALCOHOL NOR ILLEGAL DRUGS NOR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES on Township property. 5.6 Renter shall not permit TOBACCO USE inside the Township Hall. If evidence of TOBACCO USE is detected, the Security Deposit shall be forfeited and cleaning costs shall be assessed to Renter payable upon invoice. 5.7 Renter shall require that the Township Hall doors be closed at all times. 5.8 Renter shall not permit ADULT THEMED ENTERTAINMENT, PORNOGRAPHIC, NUDE, OR PARTIALLY NUDE ACTIVITES in the Township Hall, Community Room or anywhere on Township property. 5.9 Renter shall not sub-let, assign, rent or lease the Township Hall or Township property. 5.10 Renter may use the Township’s 11-8 foot tables, and one 6-foot table and one 4- foot round table for their intended purpose(s). All tables and chairs shall be cleaned and reestablished prior to departure as found upon arrival.
Use of Community Room. Owner shall develop a community room at the Development and shall permit LCC to use the community room, when available, for community meetings at no cost to LCC.

  • Use of Communication Services The Website may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, blog comment sections and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, “Communication Services”), you agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not: defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others; publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information; upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents; upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer; advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Communication Service specifically allows such messages; conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters; download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner; falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded, restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services; violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service; harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent; violate any applicable laws or regulations. The Company has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, the Company reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. The Company reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in the Company’s sole discretion. Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself in any Communication Service. The Company does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, the Company specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Managers and hosts are not authorized the Company spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of the Company. Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you upload the materials.

  • Use of Common Areas Tenant shall have the nonexclusive right (in common with other tenants and all others to whom Landlord has granted or may grant such rights) to use the Common Areas for the purposes intended, subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as Landlord may establish from time to time. Tenant shall abide by such rules and regulations and shall use its best effort to cause others who use the Common Areas with Tenant's express or implied permission to abide by Landlord's rules and regulations. At any time, Landlord may close any Common Areas to perform any acts in the Common Areas as, in Landlord's judgment, are desirable to improve the Project. Tenant shall not interfere with the rights of Landlord, other tenants or any other person entitled to use the Common Areas.

  • Use of FIIOC’s and FSC's Name The Trust shall not use the name of FIIOC and FSC in any Prospectus, sales literature or other material relating to the Trust or any Fund of the Trust in a manner not consented to by FIIOC and FSC prior to use; provided, however, that FIIOC and FSC shall approve all uses of its name which merely refer in accurate terms to its appointments, duties or fees hereunder or which are required by the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC" or “Commission”) or a state securities commission; and further, provided that in no event shall such approval be unreasonably withheld.

  • Use of State Facilities Where there is available appropriate meeting space in buildings owned or leased by the State, MSEA-SEIU shall be allowed reasonable use of such space at reasonable times for specific meetings, including space suitable for meetings in private between MSEA-SEIU staff representatives or stewards and employees in the investigation and processing of grievances. In addition, in buildings owned or leased by the State that have video conferencing facilities, MSEA-SEIU may be allowed reasonable use of those facilities. Advance arrangements for the use of State facilities shall be made with the department or agency concerned. MSEA-SEIU shall reimburse the State for any additional expense incurred in allowing use of such space. No other employee organization, except such as have been certified or recognized as the bargaining agent for other State employees, shall have the right to meeting space in State facilities for purposes pertaining to terms and conditions of employment of employees. The use of State facilities for meetings shall be in non-work areas or where work is not in progress. Other than meetings in private between MSEA- SEIU staff representatives or stewards and employees in the investigation and processing of grievances, all meetings in State facilities shall be during the off- duty time of employees attending and, in all instances, attendance shall be voluntary. Arrangements for any meetings in State facilities will be made so as to avoid interference with the department's or agency's operations or violation of the department's or agency's security.

  • Use of School Facilities 1. The Association will have the right to use school buildings at reasonable times for meetings in accordance with Committee policy on the Use of School Facilities. The principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of all such meetings. 2. There will be one (1) bulletin board in each school building, which will be placed in the faculty lounge, for the purpose of displaying professional notices, circulars, and other Association material. Copies of all such material will be given to the building principal, but his advance approval will not be required.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Use of Customer Statements The Contractor shall not use any statement attributable to the Customer or its employees for the Contractor’s promotions, press releases, publicity releases, marketing, corporate communications, or other similar communications, without first notifying the Customer’s Contract Manager and securing the Customer’s prior written consent.

  • Provision of copies of communications The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the Security Trustee, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Owner and: (a) the approved brokers; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.
