Township Property definition

Township Property means items, services or resources which are the property of the Township including but not limited to: materials, equipment, vehicles, facilities, land, technology, Township developed computer programs or technological innovations, databases, intellectual property, Township owned images, logos, coat of arms, and supplies.
Township Property means all property owned, leased, or under the control of the Township, including parking lots and roadways.
Township Property means all property owned, leased or under the control of the Township of Asphodel-Norwood, and without limitation, this term shall include all, open space, opened or unopened road allowances, sidewalks, footpaths or bicycle trails.
