Common use of Use of Employee Vehicle Clause in Contracts

Use of Employee Vehicle. As a condition of employment, the Employer does not require anyone to own an automobile. When transportation is authorized, the employee may, with the approval of the Director, elect to use his own automobile at the approved mileage rate. If an employee does not elect to use her own automobile, the Employer will, when necessary provide alternative transportation appropriate to the occasion.
