Pro-Rated Benefits. An employee working on a part-time basis shall be entitled to use bereavement leave only on a pro-rated basis.
Pro-Rated Benefits. If a member is on paid leave for a portion of a pay period and on unpaid leave for the rest of that pay period, the cost of benefits shall be prorated, with the District paying the costs during the time of paid leave. The member may elect to pay the cost of benefits for the time of unpaid leave either in cash directly to the District or may elect to have that cost deducted from his/her subsequent paychecks.
Pro-Rated Benefits. All benefits of this Agreement shall, unless otherwise specified, accrue on a pro rata basis to employees who work less than full time. Pro-Rated Benefits. Benefits for each part-time bargaining unit member employed after June 30, 1984, or who becomes less than half-time after June 30, 1984, shall be on a pro-rated basis.
Pro-Rated Benefits. Permanent part time employees shall receive District contributions on a pro-rated basis. Contributions will be pro-rated on a monthly basis based upon the hours worked during the previous month as compared to full time employees.
Pro-Rated Benefits. An employee who works fifty percent (50%) or more of, but less than the forty (40) hour workweek assigned to his/her respective job title, shall be entitled to and receive pro- rated benefits based on a semi-annual calculation (e.g., January through June and July through December), for the ensuing six (6) months.

Pro-Rated Benefits. Employees who work at least three point five (3.5) hours a day will receive a pro-rated benefit allowance (i.e. percentage of full-time equivalent).

Employees working more than twenty-two point five (22.5) hours but less than seven point five (37.5) hours per week shall be entitled to all rights and privileges contained in this Agreement and shall receive the same proportion of wage, sick leave, vacation paid holidays, as their total time worked bears to employees, using as a basis of computation the entitlement of full-time employees as outlined in this Agreement.
Pro-Rated Benefits. The provision dealing with the pro-ration of benefits, if any, is to be continued under this Article and is applicable to Full-Time only. Employees working more than twenty-two point five (22.5) hours but less than thirty-seven point five (37.5) hours per week shall be entitled to all rights and privileges contained in this Agreement and shall receive the same proportion of wage, sick leave, vacation privileges, paid statutory holidays, as their total time worked bears to full-time employees, using as a basis of computation the entitlement of full-time employees as outlined in this Agreement.
(a) The Hospital agrees to contribute on behalf of the employee: seventy-five percent (75%) of the cost for eligible benefits to employees working regularly more than twenty-two point five (22.5) hours and not more than twenty-seven point five (27.5) hours per week; eighty-five percent (85%) of the cost of eligible benefits to employees working regularly more than twenty-seven point five (27.5) hours and not more than thirty-five (35) hours per week; one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of eligible benefits to employees working regularly more than thirty-five (35) hours per week. The eligible benefits for this category are: Sick Leave and Statutory Holiday Pay not covered under the Employment Standards Act.
(b) The Hospital agrees to contribute on behalf of the employees:
(1) thirty-eight percent (38%) of the cost for eligible benefits to employees working regularly more than twenty-two point five (22.5) hours and not more than twenty-seven point five (27.5) hours per week;
(2) forty-four percent (44%) of the cost of eligible benefits to employees working regularly more than twenty-seven point five (27.5) hours and not more than thirty-five (35) hours per week;
(3) seventy-five percent (75%) of the cost of eligible benefits to employees working regularly more than thirty-five (35) hours per week. The eligible benefits for this category are: Extended Health Care and the Dental Plan.
(c) The Hospital agrees to contribute on behalf of the employees:
(1) fifty-six percent (56%) of the cost of eligible benefits to employees working regularly more than twenty-two point five (22.5) hours and not more than twenty-seven point five (27.5) hours per week;
(2) sixty-four percent (64%) of the cost of eligible benefits to employees working regularly more than twenty-seven point five (27.5) hours and not more than thirty-five (35) hours per week;
