Use of EPC Contractor and Subcontractors; Approval by CECONY. Owner may subcontract all or any portion of the work related to the procurement, construction, commissioning and maintenance of the Project, including to an EPC Contractor, provided that Owner shall obtain approval from CECONY before engaging an EPC Contractor or any other subcontractor that is expected to perform material work on the Project.‌ To gain approval from CECONY, Owner shall provide a notice with the proposed subcontractor’s name, address, experience, proposed role on the Project, and any documentation in support of the same, to CECONY. Within ten (10) days of receipt of such notice, CECONY shall notify Owner that either (i) CECONY approves the use of such subcontractor or (ii) CECONY rejects the use of such subcontractor.   • Contractor’s Submittals The Contract shall submit with reasonable promptness consistent with the Work Project Schedule and in orderly sequence all Shop Drawings, Samples, or other information required by the Contract Documents, or subsequently required by Change Order. Prior to submitting, the Contractor shall review each submittal for compliance with the Contract Documents and certify its approval by an approval stamp affixed to each copy. Submittal data presented without the Contractor’s certification will be returned without review or comment, and any delay resulting from such certification is the Contractor's responsibility.

  • CONTRACTOR's Agents and Subcontractors To impose the same restrictions and conditions set forth in this Personal Information and Security Contract on any subcontractors or other agents with whom CONTRACTOR subcontracts any activities under the Agreement that involve the disclosure of DHCS PI or PII to such subcontractors or other agents.

  • Contractor and Subcontractor Registration Requirements Prior to the award of the Contract or Task Order, Contractor and Contractor’s subcontractors and suppliers must register with the City’s web-based vendor registration and bid management system. The City may not award the Contract until registration of all subcontractors and suppliers is complete. In the event this requirement is not met within the time frame specified by the City, the City reserves the right to rescind the Contract award and to make the award to the next responsive and responsible proposer of bidder.
