Common use of Use of Facilities and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of Facilities and Equipment. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment including, but not limited to, typewriters, computers, mimeographing machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, data processing equipment, and audio-visual equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings for meetings.

Use of Facilities and Equipment. The Association shall have the right will be allowed to use school facilities for meetings upon request to and equipment includingapproval of the Superintendent. The Association shall pay for incidentals to such use. Allegations of abuse of this right shall be resolved pursuant to Article 5. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings for meetingsmeeting at no charge.

School equipment shall not be operated by persons who do not have knowledge of the right manner by which to use school buildings for meetingsoperate it properly.

No charge shall be made for use of school rooms before 6:00 p.m. on school days.
