Use of Facilities and Equipment. The Association and its representatives shall have the right to use District facilities and equipment, subject to District policies and procedures governing use of facilities and equipment, for meeting at reasonable non-duty times when such facilities are not otherwise in use. The Association shall be responsible for proper use of all facilities and equipment, including leaving them in the same condition as they were prior to the Association's use. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use and shall be liable for damages caused to District facilities and equipment by individuals using it for or in connection with Association business.
