Use of Facilities and Equipment. The Union and its representatives shall have the right to conduct Union business on the employer's property at reasonable times provided the employee's work is not disrupted, and notice is given to the building administration's office upon arrival, and provided that when special custodial service is required, the Board may make a reasonable charge therefore. The Union and its representatives may also use the employer's equipment and premises in accordance with Board policy without rental charge at times which do not interfere with or interrupt normal operations or the employee's duty time.
