Use of images of the Tour de France. In the event that TfL wishes to use images of the Tour de France for its institutional communication, it must expressly request A.S.O.’s approval. In this regard, it has already been agreed: . that TfL may use the images of the Tour de France produced by A.S.O. or that A.S.O. has produced for the general coverage of the Tour de France in 2014 or at any time prior to 2014 without extra cost other than the reasonable technical costs of any research copying and editing in the sole context of its institutional communication; . that, for photographs, TfL may use the photographs that A.S.O. has taken for the Tour de France by its usual photographer(s), with the obligation to mention “A.S.O. credit and the name of the photographer” without extra cost; . that, for the access of a photographer and, where applicable, of a video team (2 people at most) of TfL, the latter must be accredited by the A.S.O. Local Authorities Manager. It is agreed, moreover, that they must strictly comply with the rules and constraints defined by A.S.O. and that the images taken may be used only by TfL in the sole context of its institutional communication. . that, for the photo use, regardless of the medium, with less than 5 (five) cyclists being easily identifiable, TfL must first request authorisation from their teams to use their image or process the photo such that they cannot be recognised. To this extent, A.S.O will provide TfL with the names and contact details of each racing team concerned in order to enable TfL to contact them if necessary. A.S.O. may not be held liable by TfL should said photo not be used by TfL in accordance with the provisions of this clause. On the other hand, A.S.O. warrants that TfL may use in its institutional communication any image of the Tour de France 2014 where a cyclist alone wearing a distinctive jersey of the Tour de France (yellow, green, spotted, white) appears.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.
