Common use of Use of Mailboxes Clause in Contracts

Use of Mailboxes. The Association shall have the right to use the employee mailboxes and district email to distribute materials concerning its activities and matters of official Association business.

The Association shall have the right to use the employee mailboxes an Employee's mailbox and district email to distribute materials concerning its activities electronic mailbox/communication provided that such mailbox exists and matters of official Association businessthat such usage does not interfere or increase normal District mail operations and incidental postage associated thereto.
