Use of Marina Facilities. In addition to the use of the dock space, Xxxxxx and his invitees shall have the use of the marina clubhouse, its swimming pool, and grounds, in common with the other lessees and shareholders, but subject at all times to the rules and regulations governing those facilities. The lighthouse building is for the exclusive use of shareholders (dock owners) and their guests and is not available to lessees. The clubhouse and lighthouse can be rented for special events by a lessee, through the Harbormaster per Item 4 of the Club Rules below.

Use of Marina Facilities. OWNER has the right to use the pier and dock in the MARINA for access by foot to the Slip, subject to the right of all other OWNERS to use such facilities. OWNER’S guests are required to register at the MARINA or the OFFICE. OWNER and OWNERS guests may use the MARINA restroom, lounge and coin laundry facilities. No permission is granted to OWNER’S to organize, plan or hold gatherings for OWNER or OWNERS guests on the MARINA property, piers or docks. OWNER understands that this agreement is merely for slip/space rental for vessel and no other rights are hereby conveyed. XXXXXX reserves the right to limit the number of guests accessing OWNERS vessel and/or to prohibit any OWNERS guests from MARINA. Trespassers will be removed from the premises and prosecuted.
Use of Marina Facilities. During the term of this agreement, provided that Boat Owner is not in default, Boat Owner shall have the right to use assigned space in the Marina, subject to the right of all Boat Owners to use such facilities. The Boat Owner acknowledges that this agreement is non-transferable and that the Boat Owner may not sublease the space. The Boat Owner is permitted to use the assigned space only for the Vessel described. If the Boat Owner wishes to change the Vessel occupying the assigned space, the Boat Owner must execute a new dockage agreement with the Marina. The Marina is not obligated to enter into a new agreement with the Boat Owner but will not unreasonably deny such requests. The Marina reserves the right to increase the rent should the new Vessel exceed the overall length of the original Vessel but shall not be obligated to reduce the rent should the original Vessel exceed the overall length of the new Vessel. Boat Owner, his family, friends, relatives, crew, invitees, visitors, agents, and servants shall use the space, ramp and the Marina at their own risk.

  • Use of State Facilities Resources and Equipment a. Meeting Space and Facilities. The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the University’s policy and availability of the space. The Employer may provide private space for stewards and/or Union representatives to meet in confidence with those they represent on a space available basis. Staff representatives may reserve and utilize meeting rooms in accordance with University policy and procedure. Such requests will be subject to availability and all applicable fees.

  • USE OF CITY FACILITIES The Association shall be permitted to use City facilities with prior Management approval for the purpose of holding meetings to the extent that such facilities are available to other organizations and individuals, and to the extent that such use of the facility will not interfere with normal departmental operations. Participating employees will attend said meetings on their own time unless other arrangements are made with management. If the use of a facility normally requires a fee for rental or special set-up, security, and/or cleanup service, the Association will provide or assume the cost of such service(s) or facility.
