Use of other Campus Facilities. The District’s shall have the right to use auditoriums for large group instruction, large group meetings and other district purposes for no additional rent up to twelve times per year without charge. The District shall submit a calendar of events to the CSU liaison for approval. The District may use other Campus Facilities with permission of CSU, pursuant to CSU’s Facilities Use Policy. Scheduling of auditorium or other use of CSU facilities other than the CF shall be coordinated through CSU’s Conference Services Department. For purposes of facilities use pursuant to this section only, the District shall be treated as a Partnership Organization as defined in CSU’s Facilities Use procedure.
