Campus Facilities. The District shall provide the Federation with leased office space on campus and on- campus phone service. The lease rate will not exceed the prevailing rate in the immediate area and will be negotiated yearly. The District shall list the location and phone number of the Federation in the campus telephone directory. The Federation shall be allowed reasonable use of District reproduction and fax services during regular business hours at the Federation's expense. Mail delivery will be provided as long as such delivery does not interfere with normal District services. The Federation shall be responsible for all postage, outgoing bulk mail, and phone services.

Campus Facilities. ‌ The District shall provide the Federation with leased office space on campus to include internet access, a photocopier compatible electrical outlet, and on-campus and local phone service. The lease rate will not exceed the prevailing rate in the immediate area and will be negotiated yearly. For the year of 2023, rent shall be $200/month and submitted to the Business Manager in Fiscal Services. Notice of any annual rent increase will be provided to the Federation at least 30 days prior to the effective date. The Federation shall be allowed reasonable use of District reproduction services during regular business hours at the Federation's expense. UNCG will grant High School Students access to the same UNCG academic, administrative and recreational facilities as it grants to students attending UNCG, subject to the following limitations. UNCG will not grant High School Students the right to access to UNCG residential facilities, any space where alcohol is available, or any other space or programs deemed by UNCG, in its sole discretion, to be unsuitable for high school students. High School Students are responsible to replace their lost or damaged identification card at the then current rate.

[X] Middle College Students shall not have access to residential or dormitory facilities within UNCG's control (except for classroom use), unmonitored internet access sites, locations where alcohol is served, fraternities, sororities, the Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx Center for Recreation and Wellness (see exception below regarding students taking college courses), direct participation in UNCG Intramurals, club sports, student organizations, Student Activities, Volunteer Service Activities or other campus locations and/or activities unless such access and activities are sanctions and approved by the Middle College and UNCG, along with the UNCG groups providing those opportunities. UNCG will use its best efforts to assist the School in compliance with these restrictions, but ultimate responsibility for compliance rests with the Middle College Principal. b. [X] Subject to the limitations contained in this Agreement, with regard to Middle College Students enrolled in college courses, UNCG will grant Middle College Students access to the same campus facilities as it grants to students enrolled in UNCG when necessary to meet college course requirements. (See special provisions below with regard to The Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx Center for Recreation and Wellness). i. [ X ] Middle College Students may use the outdoor basketball and/or sand volleyball courts under supervision of Middle College personnel during times that the courts have not been reserved through Campus Recreation. Students are required to keep their UNCG ID card in their possession when using these courts. ii. [X] The Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx Center for Recreation and Wellness (“Xxxxxx Center”) can be accessed by Students of any age should the student have a college course located in the facility. Under those circumstances, the student can only be in the Xxxxxx Center for the time period of the class. The Middle College will provide the Xxxxxx Center a list of the student(s) taking a college course whose class is located in the Xxxxxx Center with designation of Fall or Spring enrollment and time of class. c. [X] UNCG will grant GCBOE employees of the School the same access to the Xxxxxx Center, the library and the dining facilities as it grants to similarly-situated employees of UNCG and under the same fee schedule. d.   • Existing Facilities Each of the Existing Facilities shall be repaid in full and terminated and all collateral security therefor shall be released, and the Administrative Agent shall have received pay-off letters in form and substance satisfactory to it evidencing such repayment, termination and release.

  • New Facilities For all new Generating Facilities to be interconnected pursuant to the Tariff, other than wind- powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities, the Generation Interconnection Customer shall design its Customer Facility to maintain a composite power delivery at continuous rated power output at a power factor of at least 0.95 leading to 0.90 lagging. For all new wind- powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities the Generation Interconnection Customer shall design its Customer Facility with the ability to maintain a composite power delivery at a power factor of at least 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging across the full range of continuous rated power output. For all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue on or after November 1, 2016, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the high-side of the facility substation transformers. This power factor range standard shall be dynamic and can be met using, for example, power electronics designed to supply this level of reactive capability (taking into account any limitations due to voltage level, real power output, etc.) or fixed and switched capacitors, or a combination of the two. For all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue on or after May 1, 2015, and before November 1, 2016, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the generator’s terminals. For new generation resources of more than 20 MW, other than wind- powered and other non-synchronous Generating Facilities, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the generator’s terminals. For new generation resources of 20 MW or less, and all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue prior to May 1, 2015, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the Point of Interconnection. Any different reactive power design criteria that Transmission Provider determines to be appropriate for a wind-powered or other non-synchronous generation facility shall be stated in the Interconnection Service Agreement. A Transmission Interconnection Customer interconnecting Merchant D.C. Transmission Facilities and/ or Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities shall design its Customer Facility to maintain a power factor at the Point of Interconnection of at least 0.95 leading and 0.95 lagging, when the Customer Facility is operating at any level within its approved operating range.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • Common Facilities “Common Facilities” includes all areas, facilities, utilities, equipment and services provided by Landlord for the common use or benefit of the occupants of the Property, and their employees, agents, customers and other invitees, including without limitation building lobbies, common corridors and hallways, restrooms, pedestrian walkways, driveways and access roads, access facilities for disabled persons (including elevators), truck serviceways, loading docks, garages, driveways, parking lots, landscaped areas, stairways, elevators, retaining walls, all areas required to be maintained under the conditions of governmental approvals for the Property, comfort and first-aid stations, parcel pick-up stations and other generally understood public or common areas. All Common Facilities shall at all times be subject to the exclusive control and management of Landlord. Landlord shall have the right, without liability to Tenant, to relocate, alter, improve, or adjust the size and location of any Common Facilities from time to time, and Landlord shall have the right from time to time to establish, modify and enforce reasonable rules and regulations with respect to the Common Facilities. Landlord shall have the right to construct, maintain and operate lighting facilities on the Common Facilities; to police the same; from time to time to change the area, level, location and arrangement of parking areas and other facilities; to restrict parking by tenants, their officers, agents and employees to employee parking areas; to enforce parking charges (by operation of meters or otherwise), with appropriate provisions for free parking ticket validating by tenants; to close all or any portion of the Common Facilities to such extent as may, in the opinion of Landlord’s counsel, be legally sufficient to prevent a dedication thereof or the accrual of any rights to any person or the public therein; to close temporarily all or any portion of the Common Facilities; to discourage non-customer parking; and to do and perform such other acts in and to the Common Facilities which Landlord shall determine, using good business judgment, to be advisable to improve the convenience and use thereof by tenants, their officers, agents, employees and customers. Subject to the foregoing, Tenant may use all Common Facilities not within the Premises, under a revocable license, on a nonexclusive basis in common with other tenants. If any such license is revoked, or if the amount of such areas is diminished, Landlord shall not be subject to any liability and Tenant shall not be entitled to any compensation or abatement of rent, nor shall such revocation or diminution be deemed constructive or actual eviction.

  • Laundry Facilities Washers and dryers are installed in each apartment for the exclusive use of students in the apartment. Any other use is prohibited. The use of washers and dryers are free. LINEN: Brighton provides a mattress cover on all mattresses. Students need to bring their own bedding. All beds are regular twin size. The typical cost for replacing a mattress cover is $25.00. MAINTENANCE: Students are responsible to notify the manager in writing as soon as possible if they notice anything in an apartment that requires repair work or maintenance. See “Property Conditions” section 12 of the BYU-Idaho Student Landlord Housing Contract.
