Use of Owner Property. Architect is prohibited from using Owner Property for any purpose other than performing services authorized under the Agreement. “Owner Property” includes, but is not limited to: Owner’s office space, identification badges, Owner information technology equipment and networks (e.g., laptops, portable printers, cell phones, iPads, external hard drives, data storage devices, any Owner issued software, the Owner’s Virtual Private Network (VPN client)) information, and any other resources of Owner. Architect shall not remove Owner Property from the Owner’s campus. Architect may not use any computing device to access Owner’s network or e-mail. Architect shall not perform any maintenance services on Owner’s Property unless the Agreement expressly authorizes such services. During the time that Owner Property is in the possession of Architect, Architect shall be responsible for (i) all repair and replacement charges incurred by Owner that are associated with loss of Owner Property or damage beyond normal wear and tear; and (ii) all charges attributable to Architect’s use of Owner Property that exceeds the scope of the Agreement. Architect shall fully reimburse such charges to Owner within ten (10) Days of Architect’s receipt of Owner’s notice of amount due. Use of Owner Property for a purpose not authorized by the Agreement shall constitute breach of the Agreement and may result in termination of the Agreement and the pursuit of other remedies available to Owner under contract, at law, or in equity. Drug-Free Work Place. Architect, Architect’s employees, Consultants, and Contractors shall comply with the applicable provisions of the Drug-Free Work Place Act of 1988 (Public Law No. 100-690, Title V, Subtitle D; 41 U.S.C. 701 et seq.) and maintain a drug-free work environment; and the final rule, government-wide requirements for drug-free work place (grants), issued by the Office of Management and Budget and the Department of Defense (32 CFR Part 280, Subpart F) to implement the provisions of the Drug-Free Work Place Act of 1988 is incorporated by reference and Architect, Architect’s employees, Consultants, and Contractors shall comply with the relevant provisions thereof, including any amendments to the final rule that may hereafter be issued.

Use of Owner Property. Owner hereby grants a license for use of its property as described herein to County. The Property may only be used as described below for the purposes set forth in this Agreement.

  • Reservation of ownership 10.1 The goods that have been sold remain our sole property until all outstanding debts arising from the business connection with the Purchaser have been paid in full. The Purchaser has power of disposal of the purchased goods in the ordinary course of business, or he may process the goods until revocation by us.

  • Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

  • Use of State Property A. Grantee is prohibited from using State Property for any purpose other than performing Services authorized under the Grant Agreement.

  • B8 Property B8.1 Where the Client issues Property free of charge to the Contractor such Property shall be and remain the property of the Client and the Contractor irrevocably licences the Client and its agents to enter upon any premises of the Contractor during normal business hours on reasonable notice to recover any such Property. The Contractor shall not in any circumstances have a lien or any other interest on the Property and the Contractor shall at all times possess the Property as fiduciary agent and bailee of the Client. The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the title of the Client to the Property and the exclusion of any such lien or other interest are brought to the notice of all sub-contractors and other appropriate persons and shall, at the Client’s request, store the Property separately and ensure that it is clearly identifiable as belonging to the Client.

  • Private Property The Licensee shall be subject to all laws, by-laws and/or regulations regarding private property in the course of constructing, installing, operating and maintaining the Cable Television System in the Town. The Licensee shall promptly repair or replace all private property, real and personal, damaged or destroyed as a result of the construction, installation, operation or maintenance of the Cable System at its sole cost and expense.

  • City Property All original documents, drawings, electronic media, and other materials prepared by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement immediately become the exclusive property of the CITY, and shall not be used by CONTRACTOR for any other purpose without the CITY’s prior written consent.

  • Real Estate Taxes and Special Assessments The 2022 calendar year real estate taxes due and payable in 2023 shall be paid by Seller. Seller shall credit Buyer(s) at closing for said 2022 real estate taxes payable in 2023 based on the most recent ascertainable tax figures. Xxxxx is responsible for all subsequent real estate taxes.

  • Ownership of Owner No 1.25: By a Deed of Conveyance dated 10th May, 2013 and registered in the Office of the Additional District Sub-Registrar, Chandannagore, Hooghly in Book No. I, CD Volume No.5, Pages from 3796 to 3813, being Deed No.01479 for the year 2013, Jubilant First Trust Healthcare Limited sold to Gajrup Commodeal Private Limited, the Owner No. 1.25 herein, undivided 1/47th (one-forty seventh) share in the Said Property.
