Use of Paid Leave During FML. a. FML is unpaid unless the Resident uses accumulated paid leave during FML as provided in this Section. All time taken off as FML, whether the Resident is using accumulated paid leave or taking unpaid leave, shall be deducted from the Resident’s FML entitlement.
