Use of Photocopying Machines. 1. The College shall assign a print ID number for the Association’s use of the College’s photocopying machines, which will permit up to 2000 pages each contract year to be photocopied for Association purposes. After 2000 pages each contract year, the Association will be charged at the College’s actual cost – with no profit to the College.

Use of Photocopying Machines. Access to photocopying machines shall be available to the Association at the same cost as access to the College's public access machine(s), provided no secretarial or clerical help is required by the Association. The Association may also have access to designated typewriters and/or computers.

  • Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.

  • Telephones The Unit may or may not have a telephone. If this is a material concern please check with Manager to determie if the Unit has phone service. Phones are for local calls only. LIMITED DAMAGE WAIVER PROGRAM

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.

  • Telephone Monitoring/Recording From time to time we may monitor and/or record telephone calls between you and us to assure the quality of our customer service or as required by applicable law.

  • Cell Phones The College follows the State’s Cell Phone Policy. Employees who receive cell phones from the College shall also abide by this Policy. The College shall provide the Policy to any employee who is given a cell phone. Employees are responsible for the cost of all personal calls. While the College anticipates some incidental personal use of cell phones, it is also expected that such use is infrequent.

  • Use of School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including manual typewriters, mimeographing machines, other duplicating equipment, audio visual equipment and computers at reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall provide its own supplies and shall be responsible for any damage sustained by such equipment during Association use.

  • Computer The Contractor shall maintain at its office for its use a computer with, at a minimum, a 1 GHz processor and an internet connection. The Contractor shall maintain individual email accounts for each of its project managers.
