CLERICAL HELP. Teachers will be relieved by the use of non-teaching personnel in performing non-teaching and administrative duties such as the following: 1. The Board shall provide networked copy machines in all buildings. In the event the copy machines break and are not functioning within 48 hours. Office clerical help will make copies until capiers are working correctly. 2. Summarizing and balancing attendance data, scoring I.Q. and achievement tests, and money collections. 3. Clerical help will update and complete CA-60 files. Teachers will provide grades and attendance for the update.

CLERICAL HELP. The Superintendent, or his/her designee, shall advise each Director, in writing, as to how he/she should attempt to access the clerical resources of the school system. Such written notice is subject to change, at any time, by the Superintendent, or his/her designee.   • Clerical Error Clerical error, whether by You or Us, with respect to this Contract, or any other documentation issued by Us in connection with this Contract , or in keeping any record pertaining to the coverage hereunder, will not modify or invalidate coverage otherwise validly in force or continue coverage otherwise validly terminated.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • Payroll Errors Any payroll error resulting in insufficient payment for an employee in the bargaining unit shall be corrected, and a supplemental check issued, not later than five (5) working days after the employee provides notice to the payroll department.

  • District Responsibilities With respect to all sums deducted by the District pursuant to authorization of the employee, whether for membership dues or equivalent fees, the District agrees promptly to remit such monies to the Association together with an alphabetical list of unit members for who such deductions have been made, categorizing them as to membership or non-membership in the Association, and indicating any changes in personnel from the list previously furnished.

  • District Contribution Effective January 1, 2019:

  • RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY The UNIVERSITY shall designate in writing a faculty member to coordinate with a designee of the FIELDWORK SITE.

  • Substitution of Key Personnel Consultant has represented to City that certain key personnel will perform and coordinate the Services under this Agreement. Should one or more of such personnel become unavailable, Consultant may substitute other personnel of at least equal competence upon written approval of City. In the event that City and Consultant cannot agree as to the substitution of key personnel, City shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement for cause. As discussed below, any personnel who fail or refuse to perform the Services in a manner acceptable to the City, or who are determined by the City to be uncooperative, incompetent, a threat to the adequate or timely completion of the Project or a threat to the safety of persons or property, shall be promptly removed from the Project by the Consultant at the request of the City.   • Conflict of Interest Contractor Personnel 2.5.1 The A-E shall exercise reasonable care and diligence to prevent any actions or conditions that could result in a conflict with the best interests of the COUNTY. This obligation shall apply to the A-E; the A-E’s employees, agents, and relatives; sub-tier contractors; and third parties associated with accomplishing work and PROJECTS/SERVICES hereunder. 2.5.2 A-E’s efforts shall include, but not be limited to establishing precautions to prevent its employees or agents from: making, receiving, providing or offering gifts, entertainment, payments, loans or other considerations which could be deemed to appear to influence individuals to act contrary to the best interests of the COUNTY.

  • Conflict of Interest – Contractor’s Personnel The Contractor shall exercise reasonable care and diligence to prevent any actions or conditions that could result in a conflict with the best interests of the County. This obligation shall apply to the Contractor; the Contractor’s employees, agents, and subcontractors associated with accomplishing work and services hereunder. The Contractor’s efforts shall include, but not be limited to establishing precautions to prevent its employees, agents, and subcontractors from providing or offering gifts, entertainment, payments, loans or other considerations which could be deemed to influence or appear to influence County staff or elected officers from acting in the best interests of the County.

  • Nurses The Superintendent will hire registered nurses with Ohio Department of Education certification/licensure to work as school nurses in the district.
