USE OF SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT. You shall not resell or transfer the Services or Equipment to any other person or entity for any purpose without Provider’s express, written permission.
USE OF SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT. You agree to abide by any terms of use for the VeloCloud Service published by VeloCloud. You may install and use the Equipment solely for the purposes of accessing and using the VeloCloud Service during the subscription period purchased by you. You agree not to disable or defeat any capacity-limiting feature of the Equipment, or otherwise use the Equipment at a greater capacity rate than the rate for which you have subscribed. You agree not to use the Equipment with any unsupported hardware or software (as described in the applicable documentation provided by VeloCloud); or use the Service other than as described in the documentation provided therewith; or use the VeloCloud Service for any unlawful purpose.
USE OF SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT. Service and equipment are furnished by Company for use by Customer for any lawful purpose and any such equipment is to be used solely in conjunction with the provision of Service. Customer warrants Customer is at least 18 years of age. Should Company find that Customer is not at least 18 years of age, Company may terminate Service without notice to said Customer.

  • Use of Service Areas The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.

  • Use of Services Mobile Banking will not work unless you use it properly. You accept responsibility for making sure that you understand how to use Mobile Banking before you actually do so, and you use Mobile Banking in accordance with any online instructions posted on our website. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your wireless device and the Mobile Banking software ("Software") required to use the Service.   • Use of Buildings and Equipment 21.4.1 The Association shall have the right to use District buildings, sites, and equipment during all reasonable hours for meetings and other Association activities.
