Use of Service Use and Privacy Policies. A. Prohibited Uses and META Use Policies. Customer and Customer’s Users are prohibited from using, or permitting the use of, any Service (i) for any purpose in violation of any law, rule, regulation, or policy of any government authority; (ii) in violation of any Use Policy (as defined below); (iii) for any use as to which Customer has not obtained all required government approvals, authorizations, licenses, consents, and permits; or (iv) to interfere unreasonably with the use of META service by others or the operation of the Network. Customer is responsible for assuring that any and all of Customer’s Users comply with the provisions of the Agreement. META reserves the right to act immediately and without notice to terminate or suspend the Services and/or to remove from the Services any information transmitted by or to Customer or Customer’s Users, if META determines that such use is prohibited as identified herein, or information does not conform with the requirements set or META reasonably believes that such use or information may violate any laws, regulations, or written and electronic instructions for use.

Customer is prohibited from using, or permitting the use of, any Service (i) for any purpose in violation of any law, rule, regulation, or policy of any government authority; (ii) in violation of any Use Policy (as defined below); (iii) for any use as to which Customer has not obtained all required government approvals, authorizations, licenses, consents, and permits; or (iv) to interfere unreasonably with the use of APX Net. service by others or the operation of the Network. Customer is responsible for assuring that any and all of its users comply with the provisions of the Agreement. APX Net reserves the right to act immediately and without notice to terminate or suspend the Services and/ or to remove from the Services any information transmitted by or to Customer or users, if APX Net. determines that such use is prohibited as identified herein, or information does not conform with the requirements set or APX Net reasonably believes that such use or information may violate any laws, regulations, or written and electronic instructions for use. Furthermore, to the extent applicable, Services shall be subject to APX Net’s acceptable use policies (“Use Policies”) that may limit use. The Use Policies and other security policies concerning the Services are posted on the Website, and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. APX Net may update the Use Policies from time to time, and such updates shall be deemed effective immediately upon posting, with or without actual notice to Customer. APX Net’s action or inaction in enforcing acceptable use shall not constitute review or approval of Customer’s or any other users’ use or information.

Customer is responsible for assuring that any and all of its users or Suppliers comply with the provisions of the Agreement. ISMS reserves the right to act immediately and without notice to terminate or suspend the Services and/or to remove from the Services any information transmitted by or to Customer or users, if ISMS determines that such use is prohibited as identified herein, or information does not conform with the requirements set or ISMS reasonably believes that such use or information may violate any laws, regulations, or written and electronic instructions for use. ISMS's action or inaction in enforcing acceptable use shall not constitute review or approval of Customer's or any other users' use or information. ISMS reserves the right to terminate the Service for any Supplier that does not adhere to the Subscription Agreement the Supplier accepts.

  • Use of Services Mobile Banking will not work unless you use it properly. You accept responsibility for making sure that you understand how to use Mobile Banking before you actually do so, and you use Mobile Banking in accordance with any online instructions posted on our website. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your wireless device and the Mobile Banking software ("Software") required to use the Service. The Software is provided by a service provider not affiliated with the Credit Union and you are solely responsible for entering a license agreement to use the software. We will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use the Mobile Banking service, the Software or your wireless device. You may experience technical or other difficulties related to the Mobile Banking service that may result in loss of data, personalization settings or other Mobile Banking service interruptions. We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery or failure to store any user data, communications or personalization settings in connection with your use of the Mobile Banking service. We assume no responsibility for the operation, security, or functionality of any wireless device or mobile network which you utilize to access the Mobile Banking service. Financial information shown on the Mobile Banking service reflects the most recent account information available through the Mobile Banking service. You agree that we will not be liable for any delays in the content, or for any actions you take in reliance thereon. If you need current account information you agree to contact us directly.

  • Use of Service Each Party shall make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its Customers comply with the provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to the provisions of applicable Tariffs) applicable to the use of Services purchased by it under this Agreement.
