Common use of USE OF TOBACCO Clause in Contracts

USE OF TOBACCO. As a condition of employment, bargaining unit members hired on or after July 1, 1997, shall abstain from the use of cigarettes, pipes, snuff and chewing tobacco at all times, on and off duty. As a condition of employment, bargaining unit members hired on or after July 1, 2002 shall abstain from all tobacco products at all times, on and off duty.
