Use Purpose. For residential purpose.
Use Purpose. To use the Demised Premises only for the specific purpose set out in Section 9 of Schedule A hereto and not for any other purpose;
Use Purpose. The Premises shall be used by TMP for administration and classes. No space shall be subleased or offered free of charge to any other entity.

If you purchase a corporate/public institution version of Spiceware Software, you shall not install, copy or use such Spiceware Software for personal use such as using it at home, and if you purchase a personal version of Spiceware Software, you shall not install, copy or use such Spiceware Software at a company or an organization.

If any part of your Account is found to violate the any part of this agreement we may take immediate corrective actions including immediate suspension or termination of the Account without prior warning. We have the right to decide what constitutes a violation of this agreement.
