Use Restricted. The Premises may be used for the Permitted Uses and for no other purpose. No improvements may be made in or to the Premises except as otherwise provided in this Lease.
Use Restricted. Either the ADU or the primary residence shall be restricted to long-term rental to Qualified Occupant(s) as defined in the Summit County Housing Deed Restrictions Guidelines (Guidelines) as duly adopted and amended from time to time, long-term occupancy by relatives of the property owner, or persons meeting the retirement eligibility criteria in the Guidelines. Long-term rental shall mean for a period of at least six consecutive (6) months as the sole residence of the occupant. Short-term rental of the restricted unit on the property is expressly prohibited, and the property owner shall not be permitted to occupy the restricted unit.
Use Restricted. Paid sick leave shall be granted only to those employees who have accrued sick leave time.
Use Restricted. The Company shall operate the Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites with its own employees and in accordance with this Contract. Subcontractors may be used to perform other Contract Services, subject to the County’s right of approval identified in subsection (B) of this Section.

Use Restricted. The Premises may be used for the Permitted Use -------------- and for no other purpose. Tenant agrees not to make any use of the Premises that would cause the Premises to be considered a "place of public accommodation" under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. No Improvements, alterations or additions may be made in or to the Premises except as provided in this Lease.
Use Restricted. No person shall open, interfere with or draw water from any fire hydrant, or open or close any valves in the District without permit from the District therefore, except that hydrants may be opened by or on the order of any member of a Fire Department or any fire commissioner within the District in case of fire for the purpose of attaching thereto fire hose and equipment, where contract for the purpose has been entered into with the District.
Use Restricted. Subcontractors may be used to perform other Design-Build Work, subject to the Sewer District’s right of approval set forth in subsection (B) of this Section for Subcontractors not listed in Appendix J hereto.

The provision of caretaking services for the Muggins Gulch Subdivision shall count towards the 30 hours per week requirement. Short-term rental of the unit is expressly prohibited. Long-term occupancy shall mean a period of at least six (6) consecutive months as the sole residence of the occupant.
