User Age Sample Clauses

User Age. If you are under the age of majority or otherwise incapable of binding yourself to a legal contract in the jurisdiction from which you enter into this agreement, you MUST have your legal guardian (e.g., your parent) or someone with authorized power of attorney review this agreement and consent upon your behalf or you should not proceed any further. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we have not designed the Online Services with the intention that such be used by minors nor does it market the Online Services for use by minors.

User Age. All Content, including messages and other communications contained at or available from EXEDY’s site is intended for distribution exclusively to users over the age of majority in locations where all the Content, messages and other communications do not violate any federal, state or local law or regulation of the United States or any law of any other country. NO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS (OR TWENTY-ONE (21) IN LOCATIONS WHERE EIGHTEEN YEARS IS NOT THE AGE OF MAJORITY) MAY DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY PLACE ANY ORDERS FOR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ON THE SITE. You certify that (1) you are 18 years of age (or 21 where applicable) or older, (2) You understand that the materials depicted and/or downloadable from the site include materials that are the property of EXEDY or licensed from third parties, (3) You are familiar with all local laws in your area affecting your legal right to access the Content, (4) You have the legal right to access the Content, (5) EXEDY has the legal right, but not the obligation, to transmit Content to You, (6) You are knowingly seeking access to the Content for Your personal viewing.

  • Local Switching Interfaces 4.2.13.1 Newcomm shall order ports and associated interfaces compatible with the services it wishes to provide as listed in Exhibit A. BellSouth shall provide the following local switching interfaces:

  • Terminating Switched Access Detail Usage Data A category 1101XX record as defined in the EMI Telcordia Practice BR-010-200- 010.

  • Originating Switched Access Detail Usage Data A category 1101XX record as defined in the EMI Telcordia Practice BR-010-200- 010.

  • Monthly Updates The Contractor must provide the Design Professional and the Owner with monthly updates of the Overall Project Schedule indicating completed activities and any changes in sequencing or activity durations. (See also Articles 2.1.2 and 2.1.5).

  • Monthly Data Download Not later than fifteen (15) days after the end of each month, beginning with the month in which the Commencement Date occurs and ending with the Final Shared-Loss Month, Assuming Institution shall provide Receiver:

  • Mileage Rates The mileage rate shall be the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. If the IRS rate should change during the term of the contract, the contract rate shall change also on the date specified by the IRS.

  • User Account You must establish and/or maintain a "My Verizon" account at xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxx/myverizon and enable such My Verizon account to license On Demand Content (on a rental or unlimited basis). Your "My Verizon" account will then become an "On Demand Enabled Account."

  • Enhanced Optional Daily Usage File (EODUF 13.1 The EODUF service Agreement with terms and conditions is included in this Attachment as Exhibit C. Rates for EODUF are as set forth in Exhibit D.

  • Monthly Billing The electric service charge shall be computed in accordance with the monthly billing in the applicable standard service tariff. Customers receiving electric service under residential and small nonresidential schedules 1, 2, 3, 15, 23 or 23B shall be financially credited for such net energy with a cumulative kilowatt-hour credit. The credit will be deducted from the customer’s kilowatt-hour usage on the customer’s next monthly bill thus offsetting the customer’s next monthly bill at the full retail rate of the customer’s rate schedule. Customers receiving electric service under large nonresidential schedules 6, 6A, 6B, 8 or 10 must elect a compensation method to receive cumulative credits for the upcoming annualized billing period from one of the following options (large nonresidential customers must initial desired credit election): an average energy price, a seasonally differentiated energy price, or an average retail rate.
