Users and Services Sample Clauses

The "Users and Services" clause defines the relationship between the individuals or entities who use a platform or product (the users) and the services provided by the company. It typically outlines who qualifies as a user, what services are available to them, and any conditions or limitations on access or use. For example, it may specify that only registered users can access premium features or that certain services are restricted based on location. This clause serves to clearly delineate the scope of service provision and user eligibility, helping to manage expectations and reduce potential disputes over access or usage rights.
