(p)Exhibit B contains a list of the Clients on behalf of which User will be using the ICE Trade Vault Services. Exhibit B includes each Client's full legal name and LEI (as required under the ICE Trade Vault SBSDR Guidebook), including with respect to a Platform, its Platform ID. User will promptly update or modify the information contained in Exhibit B from time to time as necessary so that the information contained in Exhibit B remains current by delivering to ICE Trade Vault at XxxxxXxxxxXxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx, a revised version of Exhibit B that includes all information required by this Section 3(p). The representations and warranties contained in Section 3(o) above shall be deemed repeated by User on each date on which User delivers a revised Exhibit B to ICE Trade Vault."

USER’S REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND COVENANTS. User represents and warrants that, at all times during the term of this Services Agreement, User and each of its employees, contractors or agents who use or have access to the Telemedicine System, shall conduct its activities under this Agreement, including its use of the Telemedicine System, in full compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and other legal standards, including but not limited to state licensure and registration, scope of practice, informed consent and recordkeeping requirements.

User hereby represents, warrants and covenants as follows: Neither User nor any employee or agent of User with access to the System is subject to any trading prohibition by any governmental authority or self-regulatory organization, whether under the Commodity Exchange Act as amended, or otherwise, which would apply to any Transaction. User acknowledges and agrees that the System and all information and content (including without limitation bids and offers, price and other trading data and including trademarks, servicemarks and copyrights) thereon are the exclusive proprietary property of NYMEX or other parties represented on the System. User has been granted a limited license to access and use the System solely for the purposes set forth herein and User will have no other rights with respect to the System or proprietary property of NYMEX. User agrees that it will not copy in whole or in part, modify, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or reverse compile the System or any of the content or information displayed thereon or issued by the System, that it will not distribute, rent, sell, retransmit, redistribute, release or re-license the System or any part thereof to any third party (other than to its affiliates and agents subject to and in accordance with this Agreement) and that it will not, without NYMEX's written consent, redistribute all or any portion of the data on the system, provided, however, that such consent shall not be required for reproduction or re-transmission of any part of the data on the System for the administration, regulatory and client reporting purposes of the User. User shall comply with the Terms of Access and any and all local, state, national and other jurisdictions laws, rules, regulations or orders applicable to User's access to and use of the System and shall not use the System in any jurisdiction in which to do so would be illegal or otherwise prohibited. User acknowledges that NYMEX may, in its sole discretion, with or without cause or prior notice to User, temporarily or permanently cease to operate the System, temporarily or permanently cease to make certain commodity products available or suspend, terminate or restrict User's access to and utilization of the System. As a User of SLX Packages, User's rights are limited to those specifically described here in and outlined in the White Paper. • User is subject to and bound by these Terms by virtue of User's purchase of SLX Packages. • Except as otherwise specifically provided in these Terms, purchases of SLX Packages are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled by User. Generator reserves the right to refuse or cancel purchase requests at any time at its sole discretion. • Certain persons have purchased SLX Packages earlier than User in the course of Private Sale or have acquired or may acquire SLX Packages under terms and conditions different from these Terms. In some cases, those persons may receive more SLX Packages for the same amount paid by the User in a purchase of Packages. • SliverEx will continuously sell SLX Packages in the open market and burn them in accordance with procedures provided in the White Paper .
