Common use of Using the Services Clause in Contracts

Using the Services. (a) The Customer must not: (i) use the Services for any use other than the Permitted Use; (ii) permit any person (including Customer personnel) to use the Services for any use other than the Permitted Use; (iii) permit any unauthorised person to use the Services; or (iv) resell, resupply, repackage or reverse engineer the Services. (b) The Customer must notify Vix immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of the obligations in clause 1.2(a) and must cooperate with Vix to immediately investigate and/or rectify the breach.
