Utility Interconnection Agreement. A. The Contractor shall be responsible to ensure that the project satisfies all utility criteria for interconnection of the project to the specified utility service area’s electric distribution system. This includes coordinating all negotiations, paying any interconnection fees, meeting with the Utility, design reviews, and participating in any needed interaction between the Utility and the Owner. The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with the interconnection process that can be determined at the time of the Contractor’s response to a sitespecific solicitation and these costs will be a part of the Contractor’s quote.

Utility Interconnection Agreement. Purchaser will receive the benefit of any utility interconnection agreement (“Interconnection Agreement”) which may have been executed by Seller with the utility company servicing the community (“Utility Company”). The methods of applying credit for exported energy vary. The terms of the Interconnection Agreement with the Utility Company are subject to change. Seller makes no representation or warranty as to whether the Utility Company or any other utility provider credits to a homeowner's bill or pays a homeowner a refund or rebate if the electricity generated by the System somehow exceeds the electricity used by the homeowner at the Property for the applicable period of time.
