Utilization Rate. Measure: The number of emergency department visits in the reporting year where the principal diagnosis was CAD, per thousand member months, for members who had a diagnosis of CAD in the year prior to the reporting year. Utilization Rate. Sick leave shall be deducted from an Employee’s total amount of accrued sick leave on an hour-for-hour basis. As this data is not public, each jurisdiction will report on the Utilization Rate for each of their schools in Airdrie each year as the information becomes available. Data for the 2016-2017 school year is recorded in Table 2 on page 15. Another consideration should be schools under construction with a view to the impact they will have on utilization rates. This is annotated in the comments section on Table 2. This information should be updated by the Committee annually as the data becomes available.
