UWMC Public Safety Officer Premium. All Department of Public Safety Officers and Sergeants who have been trained and qualified to assist the clinical staff in the proper restraint of patients will receive premium pay of $1.30 per hour. For the purpose of this article, hours of paid time off, such as holiday, vacation or sick leave, do not count as hours worked.
