Listing of Employees Sample Clauses

Listing of Employees. The City agrees to furnish the Union, an up to date list at no cost, on a quarterly basis, a list of all employees in the classifications included in the bargaining unit indicating the starting date of employment in the unit to which the employee was assigned. The employer shall also provide updated lists, when the need arises, to the President of the Union, or his designee within ten (10) working days. When the City's personnel records are automated or available in a fashion which will allow inquiries, the City will make reports available to the Union upon a reasonable advanced request.
Listing of Employees. The City agrees to furnish the Union, at no cost, on a quarterly basis, a list of all employees in the classifications included in the bargaining unit indicating the starting date of employment in the unit to which the employee was assigned. This will include all alternates to all Local 20 positions.
Listing of EmployeesThe City shall furnish the Union with three (3) copies (2 Union - 1 Trust) of a list of all new employees with the Department of Fire & Rescue Operations indicating their starting date of employment, name, address and telephone number, within thirty (30) days of their starting date. The City shall furnish the Union with three (3) copies (2 Union - 1 Trust) of all current rosters of Department employees and shall make quarterly notification of any changes made therein.
Listing of EmployeesThe Employer shall provide the Union with a semi-monthly listing of all employees with union dues or fair share fee deductions in the designated bargaining units and a monthly listing of all employees in the designated bargaining units who terminated their employment, or changed their employment status, classification or department. The employer shall provide this information electronically along with bargaining unit monthly pay rates, home address FTE, name, employee identification number, bargaining unit code, campus mail box, appointment start date, and salary step.
Listing of Employees. A. Upon request, and up to two times per school year, the District shall provide the Association with a listing of all unit members and their job titles. B. The District shall notify the Association of any new employees hired within ten days of the hiring.

The Employer shall also provide a listing of all new employees and changes for current employees with the following data: department, work email, work location, shift, employee id number, rate of pay, home email, cell phone, home phone, FTE, date of birth, gender, race/ethnicity, work phone, job classification, date of hire and home address if provided to the employer. The Employer will make a good faith effort to obtain and maintain this data.
Listing of EmployeesRevise to read: The Hospital shall furnish to the Union on a monthly basis a listing of all bargaining unit employees, hire date, working status (full-time, part-time, temporary), classifications, wage scales, departments, shifts and employees’ home addresses and phone numbers, work emails, and hourly rate of pay. The Hospital shall monthly furnish the Union with a list of any new hires, transfers, promotions, or terminations within the bargaining unit. (TA 6/1/17)
