Listing of Employees. The City agrees to furnish the Union, an up to date list at no cost, on a quarterly basis, a list of all employees in the classifications included in the bargaining unit indicating the starting date of employment in the unit to which the employee was assigned. The employer shall also provide updated lists, when the need arises, to the President of the Union, or his designee within ten (10) working days. When the City's personnel records are automated or available in a fashion which will allow inquiries, the City will make reports available to the Union upon a reasonable advanced request.
Listing of Employees. The College agrees to furnish the Union with an updated report on a quarterly basis involving any personnel changes including names, work locations, and position titles of all employees in the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement.

The City shall furnish the Union with three (3) copies (2 Union - 1 Trust) of a list of all new employees with the Department of Fire & Rescue Operations indicating their starting date of employment, name, address and telephone number, within thirty (30) days of their starting date. The City shall furnish the Union with three (3) copies (2 Union - 1 Trust) of all current rosters of Department employees and shall make quarterly notification of any changes made therein.

The Employer shall provide the Union with a semi-monthly listing of all employees with union dues or fair share fee deductions in the designated bargaining units and a monthly listing of all employees in the designated bargaining units who terminated their employment, or changed their employment status, classification or department. The employer shall provide this information electronically along with bargaining unit monthly pay rates, home address FTE, name, employee identification number, bargaining unit code, campus mail box, appointment start date, and salary step.
Listing of Employees. A. Upon request, and up to two times per school year, the District shall provide the Association with a listing of all unit members and their job titles.
B. The District shall notify the Association of any new employees hired within ten days of the hiring.

No personally 2 identifiable data will be published or shared by any Union, except among those 3 within each Union with a need-to-know for the purpose of enabling the Union 4 to fulfill its representational responsibilities as the collective bargaining 5 representative for the University employees about whom the data or 6 information is requested. 8 Information provided pursuant to this Section will be maintained by the Union 9 in confidence according to the law. The Union will indemnify the Employer for 10 any violations of employee privacy committed by the Union pursuant to this 11 Section. 14 Each pay period UW shall provide the following four reports electronically in 15 EXCEL format
Listing of Employees. Schedule 4.15 identifies all officers and employees of Seller as of the Closing Date, the amount of their current annual salaries or hourly rates, their bonuses paid in the past year, their current job titles, vacation accrued and a complete description of any commitments to such employees and officers with respect to compensation payable hereafter. Seller has not, because of past practices or previous commitments with respect to its officers or employees, established any legally enforceable rights or reasonable expectations on the part of such officers or employees to receive additional compensation inconsistent with past practices with respect to any period after the Closing Date. None of Seller's employees has given written notice to Seller that such employee intends to leave Seller's employment. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.15, Seller has no Knowledge of any employee presently intending to leave employment with the Seller or to not accept employment with Buyer, should Buyer choose to employ such employee upon purchasing the Acquisition Assets hereunder. Set forth on Schedule 4.15 is a description of all claims made against Seller by its officers, employees or former employees within the last 36 months, as well as all unresolved claims made against Seller by its officers, employees or former employees. No officer or employee of Seller is employed by Seller outside the United States of America.
