Vacancy on Implementation Board. A vacancy or vacancies on the Implementation Board shall be deemed to exist in case of the death, disability or resignation, or removal or forfeiture of membership as provided herein. Vacancies during and at the expiration of the term of an Implementation Board Member shall be filled for the unexpired term as soon as possible in the same manner as the appointment for the Board Member position vacated.
