Vacancy Posting Notice. Within five (5) days of the occurrence of a vacancy in a bargaining unit or non-bargaining unit position, all employees shall be notified via email of the specific position that is vacant, as well as the qualifications required and the salary (if the position is newly-created). Employees shall receive notice of vacancies during the summer months when school is not in session by email and by an electronic "robo-call." It is the responsibility of employees to provide the Board with a current phone number and preferred email account for this purpose.

  • Termination for Cause with Notice to Cure Requirement Contractor may terminate this contract for the Department’s failure to perform any of its duties under this contract after giving the Department written notice of the failure.
