Vacancy Posting. To assure that the employees are given every consideration in filling vacancies that occur within the District, the following procedure shall be used:

Vacancy Posting. All vacancies shall be posted in a conspicuous place in each building of the district for a period of ten (10) workdays or five (5) days in case of an emergency with consultation with association president.
