Common use of Vacation Accrual for New Employees Clause in Contracts

Vacation Accrual for New Employees. No employee who has served less than six (6) months shall be eligible to use their vacation credits regardless of their accrual during the initial six (6) months of employment. However, upon completion of six (6) months of service, the employee will then be eligible to use accrued vacation hours.
