Vacation Accrual Rates. Employees who work a full-time year (1950 or more hours) shall accrue and earn vacation based on continuous years of service based on the following schedule: Length of Continuous Service Accrual Rate One (1) Year Forty (40) hours 2-4 Years Eighty (80) hours 5+ years One-hundred twenty (120) hours
