Common use of Vacation and General Holidays Clause in Contracts

Vacation and General Holidays. Vacation and General Holiday pay shall be accrued at the rate of ten percent (10%) of gross earnings (five percent (5%) for annual vacation and five percent (5%) for General Holidays) and shall be paid to the employee on each payroll cheque.

Vacation and General Holidays. Vacation and General Holiday pay shall be accrued at the rate of ten twelve percent (1012%) of gross earnings (five six percent (5[6%) ] for annual vacation and five six percent (5[6%) ] for General Holidays) and shall be paid to the employee upon termination of employment, or when an employee takes his annual vacation. For clarification purposes, it is the intent that holiday pay is paid on each payroll all monies that are taxable to the employee. Vacation and General Holiday pay shall be paid at least monthly and if requested, this shall be paid by separate cheque.
