VACATION AND PERSONAL DAY SCHEDULING. Section 11.19 The entitlement schedule shall be sixteen (16) months in length from January 1 through April 30 of the following year. All vacation and personal days must be taken on or before April 30 of the calendar year following the year in which the entitlement was earned.
