Vacation Pay Current Language. Vacation pay shall be based on the number of days of vacation entitlement as shown in A.7 above paid at regular rates of pay or the percentage of gross earnings during the year preceding the first pay of the year, whichever is greater.   • Vacation Pay Advance Where an Employee requests vacation pay in advance and provides fourteen (14) days written notice prior to the commencement of the vacation, vacation pay shall be provided to the Employee no later than her last scheduled working day prior to vacation.

  • Vacation Payout Where an employee requests in writing to have a specific number of vacation days paid out, and the Employer agrees to the request, the Employer will issue pay in lieu of vacation.
