Regular Rates of Pay. During the lifetime of this Agreement the Company agrees to pay and the Union agrees to accept the scale of wages as set out in Schedule “A” hereto which is hereby made a part of this Agreement. Amendments to this clause or modifications thereto may be proposed by either party hereto between the 10th and 20th days of the months of March and September, and if acceptable to both parties shall be written and when executed by both parties shall be valid and binding effective as of the date specified therein and shall constitute a part of this Agreement to the same extent as if incorporated herein.

Regular Rates of Pay. The regular rates of pay are those set forth in the respective progression schedules attached hereto. They do not include any differentials or premiums to which an employee may be entitled under any other provision of this Agreement.
Regular Rates of Pay. The regular rates of pay for the employees shall be as follows: Shift Differential. All employees that are scheduled to a shift which begins on or after 12:30 p.m., but before 3:00 p.m., shall receive a shift premium of $0.20 per hour for each hour worked. All employees scheduled to a shift which begins on or after 3:00 pm shall receive a shift premium of $0.50 per hour for each hour worked. Call-In. Employees called back to work a shift on short notice shall receive the regular rate of pay plus shift differential if applicable times 10%.
Regular Rates of Pay. Regular rates of pay for categories covered by this Agreement shall be as provided for in Schedule "A" Wages and Salaries, which follows and forms part of this Agreement. This Schedule shall not bind the Board to create or fill any of the classifications set out therein. Incremental periods when applicable will date from the initial date of continuous employment.

  • Regular Rate of Pay The regular rate of pay shall be defined to include the employee's hourly wage rate (including the wage premium in lieu of benefits, if applicable), plus shift differential if the evening or night shift is a permanent assignment, certification pay, and lead pay when the employee has a regular (designated) lead assignment.

  • WAGES AND RATES OF PAY 7.01 Wage Schedules applicable to various job classifications are as set forth in Schedule “A”. 7.02 Additional classifications may be established only by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union during the term of this Agreement and the rates for same shall be subject to negotiation between the Employer and the Union.
