Common use of Vacation Pay on Overtime Clause in Contracts

Vacation Pay on Overtime. Employees eligible for three (3) weeks or more of vacation shall receive vacation payment on overtime paid within the calendar year on the first pay day in January of the following year as follows: 6% based on 3 weeks vacation entitlement 8% based on 4 weeks vacation entitlement 10% based on 5 weeks vacation entitlement 12% based on 6 weeks vacation entitlement 14% based on 7 weeks vacation entitlement

All Employees eligible for three (3) weeks or more of vacation employed by the Employer prior to March 27, 2013 shall receive vacation payment on overtime paid within the calendar year on the first pay day in January of the following year as follows: 4% based on 2 weeks vacation entitlement or less 6% based on 3 weeks vacation entitlement 8% based on 4 weeks vacation entitlement 10% based on 5 weeks vacation entitlement 12% based on 6 weeks vacation entitlement 14% based on 7 weeks vacation entitlement
