Vacation, Pregnancy and Parental Leaves and Other Leaves pursuant to. Article 11 of the Central Agreement In the event that one member of the job sharing arrangement goes on any of the above leaves of absence, the coverage will be negotiated with the manager of the unit, but it is hoped that the remaining member of the position would be prepared to cover the leave of absence as much as possible.
