Common use of Vacation Sell Back Clause in Contracts

Vacation Sell Back. Employees may be eligible to sell back up to forty (40) vacation hours on or before December 31st annually. To be eligible to sell back vacation hours the employee must have used at least forty (40) hours of vacation time during the next calendar year. This election is irrevocable.
