Vacation Time Off Vacation Pay. One (1) or more years 2 weeks 2 weeks Three (3) or more years 3 weeks 3 weeks Eight (8) or more years 4 weeks 4 weeks Thirteen (13) or more years 5 weeks 5 weeks The Employer will pay all part-time employees their vacation pay for the previous year by February 28 of each year. Part-time employees will be entitled to the following vacation time off, without pay, and vacation pay according to corresponding continuous years of employment completed:
