Common use of Vacation Time Off Clause in Contracts

Vacation Time Off. An Employee shall be entitled to receive at least two (2) weeks of vacation as an unbroken period, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between the Employee and the Employer.

Vacation Time Off. An Employee Where operational requirements permit, the Employer shall be entitled make every reasonable effort to receive grant at least two (2) weeks of vacation as an unbroken periodperiod during the months of July and August, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between the Employee employee and the Employer.
