Common use of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Vacation. Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of annual paid vacation days, which shall accrue and be useable by Executive in accordance with Company policy, as may be in effect from time to time.

While employed pursuant to this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to eligible for four (4) weeks of annual paid vacation daysper calendar year, which shall accrue and be useable by Executive consistent with the number of days afforded other senior executives of the Company, beginning in accordance with Company policy, as may be in effect from time to timethe calendar year of 2014.

Vacation. For each calendar year during the term of this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of annual paid vacation. The time or times at which such vacation days, which days are to be taken shall accrue and be useable reasonably determined by Executive consistent with Executive's duties and obligations under this Agreement. Executive shall also be entitled to additional days off for office holidays taken in accordance with such Company policy, policies as may be in effect generally for Company employees from time to time.

Vacation. Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of annual paid vacation days, which shall accrue time each year to be taken at such times as are mutually convenient for Company and be useable by Executive in accordance with Company policy, as may be in effect from time to timeExecutive.

Vacation. During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of annual paid vacation daysvacation, which shall accrue to be taken at such time(s) as the Executive and be useable by Executive in accordance with Company policy, as may be in effect from time to timethe Board reasonably agrees is appropriate.

Vacation. Executive shall be entitled to no less than four (4) weeks of annual paid vacation days, which shall accrue and be useable by Executive and/or paid time off per calendar year (as prorated for partial years) in accordance with Company policy, the Company’s policies on accrual and use applicable to executive officers as may be in effect from time to time.

Vacation. Executive shall be entitled to at least four (4) weeks of annual paid vacation daysduring each year during the term of this Employment Agreement, which shall accrue and be useable by Executive in accordance with Company policy, as may be in effect from time to timeprorated for partial years.

Vacation. Executive shall will be entitled to provided four (4) weeks of annual paid vacation daysin each calendar year, which to be accrued at a prorata monthly rate. Vacation shall accrue be subject to Employer's policy and vacation days must be useable by Executive taken in accordance with Company Employer's policy, as may be in effect amended from time to time.

Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of annual paid vacation daysin each calendar year during the Period of Employment, which shall prorated for any partial calendar year; provided that the Executive will not continue to accrue and be useable by Executive in accordance with Company policy, as may be in effect from time to timeany vacation after the later of May of 2007 or the Transition Date.

Vacation. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to four (43) weeks of annual paid vacation days, which shall accrue per year to be used and be useable by Executive accrued in accordance with Company policy, the Company’s policy as it may be established from time to time. In addition, Executive shall receive other paid time-off in effect accordance with the Company’s policies for senior executives as such policies may exist from time to time.

Vacation. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of annual paid weeks' vacation daysannually, which shall accrue and or such greater amount if provided by Employer policy, to be useable by Executive used in accordance with Company the Employer's applicable vacation policy, as may be in effect from time to time.
