Common use of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation per full calendar year. The Executive shall be entitled to cash in lieu of any unused vacation time. The Executive shall not be entitled to carry over any unused vacation time from year to year.

The Executive shall not be entitled to carry over any unused one week of vacation time may be carried over from one calendar year to and into the following calendar year.

The Executive shall be entitled to cash in lieu additional unpaid vacation to be negotiated with the Board of any unused vacation time. The Executive shall not be entitled to carry over any unused vacation time from year to yearDirectors.

Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled to four (4) 4 weeks of paid vacation per full calendar year. The Executive year (with the vacation for any partial year being prorated) and shall be entitled to cash in lieu of any unused vacation time.
