Common use of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Vacation. Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of annual paid vacation days, which shall accrue and be useable by Executive in accordance with Company policy, as may be in effect from time to time.

Executive It is understood and agreed by the Company that -------- during the term of Executive's employment hereunder, he shall be entitled to annual paid vacations not to exceed a total of four (4) weeks per year (taken consecutively or in segments), the scheduling of annual paid vacation days, which shall accrue be consistent with the effective discharge of Executive's duties and be useable by Executive in accordance with the general customs and practices of the Company policy, as may be in effect from time applicable to timeits executive officers.

Vacation. Executive shall will be entitled to four (4) weeks of annual paid vacation dayseach year, which shall accrue to be accrued and be useable by Executive used in accordance with Company policy, the Company’s policies as may be in effect from time to time.

Executive shall retain any accrued vacation pursuant to the Original Employment Agreement.

During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to four (43) weeks of annual paid vacation days, which shall accrue per year to be used and be useable by Executive accrued in accordance with Company policy, the Company’s policy as it may be established from time to time. In addition, Executive shall receive other paid time-off in effect accordance with the Company’s policies for senior executives as such policies may exist from time to time.
