Common use of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the standard written policies of the Company with regard to vacations of executives, but in no event less than four (4) weeks per calendar year.

The Executive shall will be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the standard written policies of the Company with regard to vacations of executives, but in no event less than four (4) weeks per calendar yearyear in accordance with the Company’s vacation policy (including, without limitation, its policy relating to maximum accrual); provided, however, that such vacation shall not be less than that provided to any other senior executives of the Company.

Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the standard written policies most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies with regard respect to vacations members of executives, but in no event less than senior management. Executive shall initially be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation per calendar year.

Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled to four weeks paid vacation in accordance with the standard written policies Company's policies, with no right of carry over, to be taken at such times as shall not materially interfere with the Company Executive's fulfillment of his duties hereunder, and shall be entitled to as many holidays, sick days and personal days as are in accordance with regard to vacations of the Company's policy then in effect generally for its employees and/or other senior executives, but in no event less than four (4) weeks per calendar year.

Vacation. The Executive shall will also be entitled to paid vacation of at least 4 weeks in accordance with the standard written policies Company’s vacation policy applicable to other senior executives of the Company Company, with regard the timing and duration of specific days off mutually and reasonably agreed to vacations of executives, but in no event less than four (4) weeks per calendar yearby the parties hereto.

Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled to a paid vacation of not less than five (5) weeks per year, in accordance with Company policy (but not necessarily consecutive vacation weeks) for senior executive officers during the standard written policies of the Company with regard to vacations of executives, but in no event less than four (4) weeks per calendar yearTerm.
