Vacations - Definitions. A. Eligibility: The provisions of this Title apply only to regular employees. B. A regular employee is an employee who has fulfilled the requirements of Section 5.3 of this Agreement. C. Earned Annual Vacation Allowance is the number of paid vacation hours which an employee will earn in the calendar year. The number of paid vacation hours will be determined by years of employment. Employees are granted the appropriate vacation allowance January 1 for that year’s vacation.

Vacations - Definitions a. The term "seniority" as used in this Section, shall be the factor in determining choice of vacation time. b. Pay for each week of vacation for a full-time employee means pay for forty (40) hours at the employee's base rate of pay; plus any premiums. A "full-time" employee means an employee who is regularly scheduled to work five (5) or more standard daily shifts per week. *In the event of termination or annual payout, leave will be paid at the employees’ base rate of pay. c. Earned vacation credits, as used in this Article, shall vest as they are accrued bi-weekly.
