Value Engineering Workshop. Architect shall conduct value engineering workshop(s), as requested by District, which shall include all of Architect’s Consultant(s), District, and the Construction Manager during the Design Development Phase. This workshop shall be ongoing and may include several meetings.
Value Engineering Workshop. 1.2.1.8.5.1. As part of the Value Engineering for each phase, the Contractor shall organize and conduct a value engineering workshop (“Workshop”). 1.2.1.8.5.2. The Contractor shall invite the Architect to participate in the Workshop. 1.2.1.8.5.3. Prior to the Workshop, the Contractor and the Architect will provide all participants with a preliminary list of Value Engineering items for discussion and order of magnitude estimates of cost both for design and construction. 1.2.1.8.5.4. The Workshop will consist of an initial Project design review related to that phase of development, research of alternative solutions, and evaluations of alternatives. The Workshop will conclude with a review of design and construction costs, benefits of various items selected, 1.2.1.8.5.5. The Contractor will incorporate the Workshop findings into the VE Report (as defined below) for that phase. Although the Workshop findings may include Value Engineering recommendations, Contractor shall perform its own, independent Value Engineering and provide any recommendations that are different or in addition to the Workshop findings.
Value Engineering Workshop. A-E shall conduct a value engineering workshop, if requested by the Owner, including all of A-E’s consultant(s), the Owner, and the Construction Manager during the Design Development Phase. This workshop may include several meetings.
Value Engineering Workshop. For the purposes of this proposal, should formal value engineering be needed, LEWA and the design team have assumed a one day (8 hour) workshop with the XXXX and County team between the DD and CD phases. Following this workshop, the design team will incorporate any design modifications as a result of the workshop. The fee for this workshop has been provided as an optional additional service on page two of this proposal.

  • Value Engineering The Supplier may prepare, at its own cost, a value engineering proposal at any time during the performance of the contract.   • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. (a) A7 to show Purchaser’s performance responsibility. (b) The Schedule of Items to include costs of survey and design, as provided under B5.24, and adjust Timber Sale Account, as provided in B5.

  • Design Development Phase INDICATE IN STATEMENT OF WORK “NOT APPLICABLE” IF SECTION IS NOT APPLICABLE 1.1.6.1. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare from the approved Schematic Design Studies, the Design Development Documents consisting of drawings (including at least architectural, landscaping, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical plans, building sections; and finish schedule), outline specifications following the Construction Specification Institute "CSI" Format and other necessary documents to fix and describe the size and character of the entire Project as to its site, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, materials and other such essentials as may be appropriate, for and until approved by the State. 1.1.6.2. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall conduct meetings with the State, Efficiency Vermont, and relevant members of the design team, to review the Design Development Documents for the purposes of furthering the energy efficiency objectives of the Project. 1.1.6.3. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare for the State a revised accounting of how the Project is responding to LEED criteria. 1.1.6.4. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall submit to the State a revised Statement of Probable Construction Cost based thereon for and until approved by the State.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance a. Client Data – Client Data will only be used by State Street for the purposes specified in this Agreement.
